Description

The class 4 Instructor Rating allows you to provide dual flight instructor to students towards a licence or rating. This is an opportunity to pass your knowledge on to your studends as well as improve your flying skills and build valuable flight time towards a higher licence yourself.

Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years of age and hold a commercial Pilot licence for the issuance of Class 4 Instructor Rating. The candidate will also be required to have completed a Category 1 1medical approved by Transport Canada.

Medical Information

  • Category 1 medical
  • Valid 12 months over 40
  • Valid 6 months under 40

Medicals include vision (including color blindness), urine sample, physical, audio exam and ECG.
